‘REAL Housewives Of New York’ alum Jill Zarin is under contract to sell her Boca Raton, Fla. home after listing it in January for $2.29 million.
the four-bedroom, three-bathroom home at 5853 Hamilton Way is under contract to sell for $1.99 million, Zarin said. Covering an area of 2,871 square feet, it offers a view of the lake.
Listing brokers are Debra Hofmann of Palace Real Estate and Elliot Koolik of Compass.
Even though Zarin bought a larger 6,609 square foot home nearby that was asking for $3.49 million, she now tells Gimme she’s aiming for Miami.
It was there that she recently looked at a condo on the 80th floor of Waldorf Astoria Residences that is on the market for $8.67 million.
The 100-story tower, located at 300 Biscayne Blvd., has an expected completion date of 2025. The 3,575-square-foot home features four bedrooms.
There is also an outdoor terrace with a summer kitchen. The building will include 360 residences while the property will have a swimming pool, beer garden, private bar/wine tasting room, spa and more.
“Maybe it’s time for me to consolidate my real estate,” Zarin told Gimme, adding that buying and selling residential real estate has become a passion and she enjoys living in her investments.
Zarin also has a house in New York and a condo in Sag Harbor, as we previously reported. She’s been busy growing up Jill and ally – Ally being her daughter – who launched during the pandemic with face masks and now also makes crystal manifestation candles.
