Leeds agency triples squad since pandemic outbreak and plans big revenue increases Prolific North

AdsVentures, a Leeds-based digital marketing agency founded in 2016 specializing in Google Ads advertising and social media, attributed the success of its rapidly growing business to the multilingual, young and tenacious members of its team.

During the COVID-19 outbreak, the agency saw an influx of new e-commerce businesses eager to operate in many different territories. Recruiting staff who speak multiple different languages ​​has allowed AdsVentures to deliver digital campaigns to multiple markets from one location.

AdsVentures Director Stephane Ganach said: “When the world became much more connected due to the pandemic, we saw an opportunity to support international and UK-based customers, including those looking to grow more and more and into new territories.”

“We recruited talented local people who spoke different languages ​​and provided them with training and development programs to give them the skills, knowledge and confidence to successfully run campaigns for our clients.”

Prior to launching AdsVentures, Stéphane, originally from Paris, worked for Google as a Google Ads acquisition manager for international online marketing agencies.

AdsVentures has grown from a team of three in 2020 to an agency now made up of 10 multilingual staff from countries including England, France, Germany, Poland, Greece, Israel and Latvia.

Within this dynamic team are two apprentices and AdsVentures is looking to recruit two more in 2022. The company has just moved to a new office in Chapel Allerton, which it says will facilitate its growth plans both from his team and his income.
